Dance Syllabi

Children later progress to specific dance techniques such as ballet, modern theatre, jazz & tap dancing where they can develop their own style, self expression and, most importantly, confidence.

Each dance technique follows a structured syllabus:

The Royal Academy of Dance
in the teaching of Classical Ballet, Free Movement & Character Dance

The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing
in the teaching of Modern Theatre, Jazz & Tap Dancing.

When each student has become proficient at each level in the relevant syllabus they may be entered for exams, assessments, tap & jazz performance awards.
